For the second event of the year be coming back to Oliwski Ratusz Kultury after almost 2 years! We are excited to be present in this amazing space again and to give you the topic connected with intercultural communication and business relationships.

Employer's and employee's rights.

Get to know the boundaries between an employer’s right to organise and manage their business and an employee’s right to dignity, equality and protection in the workplace.

Understand Polish culture.

Navigating global perspectives within a Polish context requires, cultural differences, practical understanding, and conscious adaptation. In this session, Jagienka will guide participants through key cultural frameworks and psychological insights that help decode everyday workplace interactions in Poland and, in particular, in the Pomeranian region.
